Meta Pixel on your smart links and bio page turns every fan visit into a retargeting opportunity. Fans who clicked your Instagram story, visited your smart link, but did not stream your music or join your email list can be shown targeted ads on Instagram and Facebook. Here is how to set it up.

1. What Meta Pixel does on a music smart link

Meta Pixel is a small piece of code that fires when someone visits a web page. When you add your Pixel ID to your Lynkify workspace, the Pixel fires on every smart link page visit, every bio page visit, and every form visit. Meta's system records these visitors (matched to their Facebook and Instagram accounts) and adds them to a custom audience you can target with ads. Fans who visited your smart link but did not stream your music are a warm retargeting audience — they showed interest but did not convert.

2. How to add Meta Pixel to your Lynkify workspace

You need a Lynkify Artist or Label plan to use pixel tracking. In your Lynkify workspace settings, navigate to Integrations. Find the Pixels section. Enter your Meta Pixel ID (found in Meta Business Manager → Events Manager → your pixel → Pixel ID). Save. Lynkify automatically places the Pixel on all your public smart link pages, bio pages, and form pages. No code required.
