Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Lynkify may provide workspace functionality that allows multiple users to collaborate within a shared workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for managing permissions and team access.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
Use of Services
Subject to these Terms, Lynkify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, publish, or create through the Services.
By using the Services, you grant Lynkify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
Fan Data & Ownership
Fan and subscriber data collected through your Lynkify pages, forms, and links belongs to you.
Lynkify acts as a service provider and processes such information on your behalf to provide the Services.
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws when collecting and using fan information.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, and features at any time. Changes will not affect the current billing period already paid for.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Upload malicious code or malware
- Distribute spam or deceptive content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Services
- Interfere with platform security or operations
- Use Lynkify to promote illegal products or activities
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if your use presents a risk to Lynkify, other users, or the public.

Lynkify makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynkify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.
Lynkify's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lynkify during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
