Open team settings
Go to workspace settings and open the team tab.

Send an invite
Enter email and pick a role: Admin, Editor, Analyst, or Viewer.

They accept the invite and join your workspace with the assigned permissions.

Add bio-specific collaborators with Designer or Analyst roles on individual pages.

The right access for each person
Work together with RBAC that matches the work. Owners and Admins manage the workspace. Editors create and publish content. Analysts can view analytics without edit rights. Viewers get read-only access.

Admins send email invites with a 7-day token expiry.
Invitees accept at `/invite/[token]` while signed in and join the workspace with the role you assigned.
Seat limits include both active members and pending invites.
