A manager can be invited as a member of more than one workspace and switch between them from their account. Full multi-workspace label management is still evolving.

You do. Every contact captured through your pages belongs to your workspace. Export your full fan list as a CSV at any time, and it stays usable outside Lynkify.

No. Fan data collected on your pages is not sold or shared with other creators or third parties.

Passwords are hashed before they're stored, never saved in plain text, and never visible to Lynkify staff. Login and password-reset flows are rate-limited to block automated attacks.

Yes. Export your data or delete your account entirely from Settings → Account whenever you choose.

No. Visitor IP addresses are hashed before storage, and analytics tracking respects Do Not Track. Events describe click behavior, not personal identity.

Use the forgot-password link on the login page. Lynkify sends a one-time code by email to verify it's really you before letting you set a new password. Reset links and codes are single-use and expire.

Yes. If you're invited to more than one workspace, such as managing an artist's account alongside your own, you can switch between the workspaces you belong to from your account.

Manage your email, password, and account deletion from Settings → Account inside your workspace. Deleting your account removes your login; export any fan data you want to keep first.

Every workspace member has a role: Owner, Admin, Editor, Analyst, or Viewer. Your role controls what you can edit, publish, or view. Ask your workspace Owner or Admin to check or change your role.
