Workspace
In Lynkify, a Workspace is the container for one artist's or creator's entire Lynkify presence — including all their smart links, bio pages, fan data, analytics, and billing.
Definition
A Lynkify Workspace is similar to a project space or team in other tools. It holds all resources for one creative entity: smart links, bio pages, podcast hubs, live experience pages, forms, Fan CRM, analytics, and subscription billing. Everything that exists for one artist lives in one Workspace.
Users are personal accounts — your login. Workspaces are the artist or project account. A team member (manager, designer) can be added to a Workspace with a specific role without accessing your personal account. Billing belongs to the Workspace, not the individual user.
Why it matters
The Workspace model is what makes Lynkify suitable for artist managers and small labels. Each artist on a roster gets their own Workspace with their own fan list and analytics. The manager or label can access all Workspaces from one account while artists see only their own data.
How Lynkify uses this
On Lynkify, your Workspace is created automatically when you sign up. The Workspace Manager in your dashboard lets you manage your profile, team members, integrations, custom domain, and billing all in one place.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to understand Workspaces as a solo artist?
- No. As a solo artist with one project, you will mostly not notice the Workspace layer — it just works in the background. Workspaces become relevant when you invite team members or manage multiple distinct artist projects.
